Article IX - Ammendments

Except as otherwise provided, the power to alter, amend or repeal the Bylaws or to adopt new Bylaws shall be vested in the Board of Directors. Such action may be taken at a regular meeting or at a special meeting for which written notice of the purpose shall be given. The Bylaws may contain any provision for the regulation and management of the affairs of the Association not inconsistent with law.
