Director of Business Development - Midwest Territory

Complus Data Innovations, Inc. is a premier provider of parking management solutions to over 180 clients throughout the country.  We specialize in full-service parking enforcement, ticket processing and permitting solutions that help municipalities, universities and airports maximize revenues.  Having served the parking industry for over 25 years, one of our goals is to continue to develop and expand our Company’s national presence. 

We are currently seeking a strong individual who is based in the Midwest to develop and expand our presence in the Midwestern & Western United States.  This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development.  A college degree along with parking and/or municipal sales experience is required.   

The successful candidate will grow our account base by prospecting, identifying, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships.  We are looking for a career-minded individual who is outgoing, well organized, reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.  Self-motivation is a must.  This position requires a level of technical expertise combined with consultative selling skills.   

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in responding to RFPs, preparing proposals and the ability to make confident and effective presentations to potential clients.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn job-specific computer systems. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in outside sales or business development – with a strong emphasis on municipal and/or parking related experience. 
  • Proven sales track record and customer service skills. 
  • Travel experience and ability to travel away from home territory for multiple days at a time (including occasional weekend travel).
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.  This position requires the ability and willingness to work independently while providing daily activity reports to management.

Assistant Manager

Job Description: Due to our explosive growth, Lanier Parking Solutions, a nationwide parking and transportation management company, has an immediate need for a high energy, results driven Assistant Manager with prior parking experience for our Houston, TX operations. This is a career position for the right person who shares Lanier’s core values of teamwork, integrity, innovation, professionalism, and service excellence. Initiative, enthusiasm, and creative thinking are key attributes that we are looking for in an Assistant Manager as you will be the one who leads, trains, develops and motivates your team members to succeed. This is an excellent entry level position for the right person with prior parking experience, determination, organizational skills and a desire to learn. Hours could vary tremendously, since this person will not be dedicated to simply one operation. Availability on nights and weekends is extremely important to be able to support all types of operations in Houston, TX.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the parking facility/project. You will be working in close collaboration with the Manager to supervise hourly employees (cashier, maintenance, etc.), such as maintaining daily attendance and ensuring company standard compliance. This is a hands on position in which you will also be required to provide exceptional customer service to all customers and clients, ensure the facility appearance is at its best, supervise ticket inventory, perform daily/weekly/monthly company required operating reports, etc.

Qualifications: To become an integral part of the Lanier team you will need:

• Prior Parking Experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• A clean background check.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate your team to high performance.
• A passion for customer service.
• An ability to think strategically and creatively.
• A good working knowledge of computer software, especially MS Office.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
