Jim joined Premium Parking in 2014 and is one of the company’s longest-tenured associates. As Market President – Dallas/Fort Worth, he leads market development and operations while working closely with clients, internal product teams, and strategic partners to advance modern parking and mobility solutions across North Texas. 

While Jim built his foundation in hospitality-based parking and valet operations, helping hotel owners enhance service quality, revenue performance, and guest experience his current portfolio spans a broad range of real estate verticals. Under his leadership, Premium Parking supports a diverse mix of hospitality, mixed-use, university, commercial office, and event venue environments, deploying solutions that improve compliance, optimize pricing and occupancy, and strengthen site-level performance through technology-enabled management. 

Prior to joining Premium, Jim spent 18 years with Wyndham Hotel Group, leading hotel operations with an emphasis on guest experience, facility oversight, and strategic execution. That background continues to shape his approach today: pairing high-touch service expectations with data-driven operations and scalable parking technology.
