Paul is the director of the International Bridges Department for the City of El Paso.  Paul manages three of the community’s international ports of entry – Paso Del Norte, Stanton and Zaragoza. The ports of entry annually facilitate the travel of millions of pedestrians, passenger and commercial vehicles. Stresow will also manage the city’s Parking Meter Division. The city has about 2,000 parking meters, the majority of them in Downtown.

Prior to joining the City, Paul had an 8 year career with UTEP where he was responsible for managing the University’s daily and event parking needs on a campus of 23, 000 students and over 3,000 faculty and staff. His responsibilities included, enforcing Parking and Traffic Regulations, managing parking garages on campus, and overseeing the Miner Metro campus shuttle system. Prior to UTEP he was the Planning and Program Manager for Sun Metro Public Transit in El Paso, overseeing over $50 million in capital projects. He has been involved in solving parking and transportation issues for over 16 years, which began as the Ombudsman for the City of El Paso. He has published articles in the national magazines, “Passenger Transport” and “Community Transportation” and a local magazine “Ser Empresario.”
