TPTA Conference Recap: Collaboration, Innovation, and Industry Connection in San Antonio
More than 300 parking, transportation, and mobility professionals gathered this spring in San Antonio for the 2026 TPTA Conference & Trade Show for several days of education, networking, and industry collaboration. Bringing together attendees from municipalities, universities, airports, healthcare systems, and private operators, the conference focused on the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the future of parking and mobility.
This year’s educational program featured sessions centered on real-world operational strategies, curb management and policy discussions, leadership and workplace culture, emerging technologies, AI and smart city innovation, and interactive problem-solving opportunities like the Parking Enforcement Hackathon. Attendees explored practical ideas and forward-thinking solutions designed to help organizations navigate a rapidly changing industry.
Beyond the education sessions, attendees connected with more than 40 exhibitors showcasing the latest technologies, products, and services supporting parking and mobility operations across the country.
The conference also recognized outstanding achievements across the industry through the annual TPTA Awards Program. Congratulations to this year’s honorees:

Networking receptions, social events, and peer discussions created valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, build relationships, and strengthen industry connections. Attendees also earned PTMP credits while engaging in conversations around today’s most pressing operational and mobility challenges.
A highlight of the event was TPTA’s partnership with the Animal Defense League of Texas. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, we raised thousands of dollars for this great organization, and even found a loving forever home for one of our puppy guests!
The 2026 TPTA Conference once again highlighted the innovation, collaboration, and momentum driving the parking and transportation industry forward. Thank you to all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make this year’s event a success.
We look forward to continuing the conversation and seeing everyone again next year, April 12-15, 2027 in Sugar Land!
